Old-Style Motion - This may also work, but will mostly be useful if you are "snapping" while space dragging Ive tried it in vrchat using drivers4vr for software and Ive had people think i was using actual vive trackers. Are there any settings I can adjust, outside of just comfort. I really would like to use playspace, especially in VRChat, but with how it moves by default, Ill become sick each time I play. Even before the game loads, I can see my trackers are not in line with me, and a whole person to the side of me kind of thing. I set up playspace with my brand new Index yesterday, but it made me very dizzy and it heavily affects my vertigo disorder. As when this is checked we cannot gurantee that we are moving the chaperone with 100% precision. I tried to playspace my avatar to the balls, however, the balls also move with playspace - When I move my feet and hips, I see the balls move. Allow External App Chaperone Edits - This Should only be turned off if you have another app that needs access to the chaperone.Enable Motion Features When in Seated Mode - This should allow you to move if you are not set-up as room-scale, or the game is a seated only game. You can try adjusting some of settings for OVR Advanced Settings Go to the Settings tab, and try adjusting these Now Go to the offset Tab And Make Sure that the X, Y, and Z, axis are not checked (as that will Lock you up.Next Make Sure you have the checkboxes in the "motion" tab selected for which hand/binding you are using.First Make Sure your Bindings Saved, Sometimes SteamVR does not save properly.I thought of using the official OVRAS Discord, but it feels dead with unanswered questions from months ago. Avatar Download Prioritization This is quality of life, but you can set it up so the Avatars you want to see load. The settings I found most suitable for myself are listed below, feel free to adjust them to your liking. Avatar Download Prioritization This is quality of life, but you can set it up so the Avatars you want to see load first. If this is your avatar, you could either use playspace mover and adjust the trackers to your feets, then change the height in game or you can edit your avatar in blender, to make it fit your proportion. Avatar Culling Avatar culling hides / does not load Avatars beyond the limits you set, which results in a performance gain. PlayspaceMover.exe -physics (WindowsPowershell) everything works fine But for some reason when I play VRChat and try to use gestures I have to hold the button down with like a 1 second delay before. Avatar culling hides / does not load Avatars beyond the limits you set, which results in a performance gain. If your physics dont work just paste this in. And since I don't remember how I even set the bindings in SteamVR. On top of that you have to set the controls of your headset to make it properly reset playspace. So the only thing I can think of is to have a Reset Playspace button to hopefully fix that issue when it occurs. Second thing, I'm really getting tired when in full body (in VRChat), that occasionally my legs and tail are in the air when I move around (as in the floor bounds aren't being reset properly). Now I believe it's bound to the same Quickmenu button as VRChat uses, but I have this set up for all SteamVR games. Infact it shows I'm using the default controller bindings. I think it was to set up the bindings on the controllers, but I just took a look in SteamVR Dashboard (without putting the headset on) and I don't see anything pointing to this. I cannot remember how I had set up Playspace Mover for my Index.
